You need to raise exchange request by raising the exchange ticket by mailing us at team@alfyenterprise.com with valid reason of exchange and images of the product stating the reason of exchange within 2 days of delivery.
All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
Original receipts would need to be included
All items would need to be purchased originally from Snugchic
All exchanges are only valid for 2 calendar days from the time you receive the original order of goods and 3xl to 5xl sizes are non acceptable to return and exchange.
Refunds are not acceptable for any reason only exchanges are possible at that too 1 time for sending return back to us the process is given below
Only exchange of sizes of same design of the same product is possible.
No Exchange for surprise Packs
